Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and crowd management
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Manage inventory and equipment handling for diverse event types (conferences, concerts, festivals)
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly with professional problem-solving
- Conduct post-event breakdown and venue restoration to operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment and event technology
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
