Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist with event setup, including decoration, furniture arrangement, and signage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
- Monitor crowd flow and manage entry points to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Answer attendee questions regarding event details, directions, and services.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless event operations.
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available for weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances comfortably.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from various event locations in Henderson, NV.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs safely.
- Previous experience in event staffing or crowd management is preferred.
