Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, guest registration, and venue breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and conflict resolution for attendees
- Manage crowd control and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators during live operations
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Operate AV equipment and manage registration technology systems
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic tech proficiency (iPad, ticket scanning systems)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
