Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Execute venue setup, breakdown, and operational logistics per client specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Manage vendor coordination and equipment handling with precision
- Assist with ticketing, registration, and attendee flow optimization
- Maintain professional communication with event organizers and security teams
- Document incidents and provide post-event performance feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques and emergency protocols
