Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services, registration support, and attendee guidance at event venues
- Manage vendor coordination, equipment setup, and breakdown logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during live events
- Assist with crowd control, ticket scanning, and VIP guest management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and hospitality areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute flawless event experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event-related customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor under pressure

- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
