Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown including decor, equipment, and staging
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and VIP check-in processes
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Assist with food/beverage service and equipment management as needed
- Complete post-event reports and inventory assessments
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
