Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Manage vendor coordination and logistics setup/teardown
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems as needed
- Assist with emergency response procedures and incident reporting
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Conduct post-event reconciliation and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Colorado driver's license for equipment transport
- Must pass background check and drug screening
