Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using PMS software
- Handle high-volume phone calls and reservations with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain immaculate lobby and reception area standards
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reservation systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible evening/weekend availability
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for valet duties)
- Basic knowledge of Tulsa attractions and services
