Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and registration processes
- Manage venue operations including crowd control and safety protocols
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Operate technical equipment (sound, lighting, registration systems)
- Maintain event spaces and ensure cleanliness standards
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistical support
Qualifications
