Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and registration procedures
- Manage venue flow and crowd control with exceptional professionalism
- Provide VIP hospitality services including beverage service and concierge support
- Operate event technology systems (ticket scanning, access control)
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for flawless execution
- Respond to guest inquiries with solutions-oriented communication
- Maintain safety protocols during emergency situations
- Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied environments
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Basic knowledge of event safety regulations and crowd management
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
