What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue operations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Greet and direct guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Manage registration desks and verify tickets with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer attendee inquiries on the floor.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety, adherence to protocols, and orderly crowd flow.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to execute event logistics efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
