Responsibilities
- Execute event setups/breakdowns including staging, seating, and signage
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members
- Monitor event spaces for cleanliness and maintenance
- Assist with VIP guest management and special requests
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event setup technology helpful
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check
