Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and crowd management
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety protocols and brand standards
- Coordinate with vendors and event leads to ensure flawless execution of activities
- Troubleshoot in real-time during high-pressure scenarios and maintain composure
- Manage inventory and equipment for diverse event types (concerts, conventions, festivals)
- Conduct post-event breakdown and venue restoration procedures
- Document incidents and provide detailed activity reports to event managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with 24-hour advance notice
- Basic first aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Professional appearance with black slacks and provided company attire
- Must pass background check and drug screening
