Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in procedures at assigned venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain event timelines
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and operational logistics of event spaces
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document incident reports and operational feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations
