Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe workspace and equipment
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Develop knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications
