Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing techniques and latte art fundamentals
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and stations
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in ongoing coffee education workshops
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
