Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in procedures
- Coordinate venue setup, seating arrangements, and signage placement
- Provide attentive customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Execute crowd control measures and safety protocols
- Support promotional product distribution and sampling activations
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event support experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance with approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event technology (e.g., registration apps)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
