Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and event support throughout all event phases
- Manage attendee registration, ticket scanning, and access control
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Act as a brand ambassador for client organizations
- Collaborate with event coordinators to resolve issues in real-time
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Previous customer service or event experience a plus
- Valid photo ID and ability to pass background check
