Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of merchandise to ensure all items meet our high standards before distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace for everyone.
- Equipment Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and care.
- Customer Service: Assist in processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to our valued clients.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and clutter-free workspace to maximize productivity and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and/or weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for local driving duties).
