Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system.
- Stock Organization: Restock shelves and storage areas to ensure a clutter-free and safe workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a consistent basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and counting inventory.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English for safety and operational instructions.
- Reliability: History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
