Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product concerns for our evening clientele.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during all shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
