Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening/weekend shifts (3 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Flexible availability for evenings (3 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology

- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
