Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor evening/weekend staff to maintain service excellence
- Manage daily operations during peak hours (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate inventory and supply replenishment
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Train new team members on procedures
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Valid food handler certification (preferred)
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
