Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during evening and weekend service hours
- Manage venue operations, including inventory, safety protocols, and quality control
- Train and mentor new staff on service standards and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
- Flexible availability including evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
