As a key part of our operations, you'll ensure seamless service during evening and weekend shifts while maintaining our signature hospitality standards. This role offers ideal hours for those balancing other commitments, with shifts typically 4-6 hours Friday-Sunday and occasional weekday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Operate POS systems efficiently with 100% transaction accuracy
- Prepare and present food/beverage items to brand standards
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume periods
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive solutions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability Friday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and select weekdays
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
