Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols and store prep
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and resolve customer inquiries
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during busy evening/weekend periods
- Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale technology
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
