Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process orders and payments accurately via POS system
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to standards
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols throughout shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Available evenings (5 PM-11 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
