Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Ensure store safety standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
