Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all patrons during evening and weekend hours.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment at all times.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure products are visually appealing and fully available.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
- Perform light cleaning duties as required to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
