As a key member of our on-site team, you'll ensure seamless execution of corporate events, weddings, and private functions across London's premier venues. Enjoy weekday evenings (5 PM-10 PM) and weekend shifts (10 AM-6 PM) with no overnight commitments. Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications and venue requirements
- Manage guest registration, check-in processes, and attendee inquiries during events
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with audio-visual equipment troubleshooting and basic technical support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout shifts
- Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Complete incident reports and post-event documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg (33 lbs)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Reliable transportation to central London event venues
- Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month and 2 weekday evenings
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite and event management software is advantageous
