Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during peak evening and weekend hours
- Manage reservation systems and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Maintain pristine facility standards throughout shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Train and mentor new evening shift associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- ServSafe certification preferred
