Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our digital systems
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting public spaces and guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and digital literacy
