Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain immaculate venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with event setup and tear-down procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all alcohol service compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM-1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service permit
