Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and culinary offerings
- Manage reservations and optimize table turnover
- Maintain immaculate venue standards and hygiene protocols
- Process payments and reconcile cash registers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Upsell premium products and experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Valid UK work authorization required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Personal presentation meets luxury standards
- Food safety certification desirable
