Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, valet, and resort amenities during evening/weekend hours
- Process reservations and manage front desk operations with precision
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure guest safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Support valet operations during peak weekend traffic
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend rotations
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid NV driver's license for valet positions (if applicable)
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
