Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor during peak evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Students are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando location.
