Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on service recovery.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and processing.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
