Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues with patience and expertise.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
