Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness of coffee stations, seating areas, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during high-volume evening/weekend hours
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment
- Participate in monthly tastings and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- Available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS operations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
