Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily sales targets.
- Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check.
