Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Receive, unpack, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and rotate products to ensure freshness and optimal product placement.
- Visual Standards: Maintain attractive displays and adhere to company merchandising guidelines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and break areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Quality Control: Identify and remove damaged or expired items from the sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or warehouse stocking is preferred but not required.
