Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently during evening shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization meets safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
