Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff when required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings without conflict.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
