Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Assist with receiving incoming freight, verifying stock, and conducting cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) with reliable attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
