Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a high level of organization in the warehouse aisles to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to minimize errors.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts and weekends as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
