Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently within established timeframes.
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts and pallet jacks) following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
