Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Execute picking and packing operations for e-commerce orders efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
