Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during evening operations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible evening schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans location.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
