Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Basic math skills for inventory and ticketing purposes.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
