Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound merchandise with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to scan and log inventory.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso location.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
